2- Translate business pain points into AI hypotheses and assess initial feasibility across data, tech, and organizational readiness.
Day 2 - Use Case Qualification & Deep Dive
1- Select and frame 2–3 priority use cases per team with clear problem definition, business value, and success KPIs.
2- Estimate impact, delivery effort, and key risks to validate business case and delivery viability.

Day 3 - Roadmapping & Governance Structuring
1- Define MVP scope, timeline, and delivery track for each use case — aligned with business users and data owners.
2- Establish project ownership, decision-making roles, and estimated budget for execution.
Day 4 - Technical Readiness & Solution Architecture
11- Audit required data for each use case — location, quality, and accessibility — to confirm feasibility.
2- Design a lightweight, production-ready architecture aligned with client infrastructure and integration constraints.
Day 5 - Synthesis & AI Activation Plan
1- Consolidate findings and select the most valuable, feasible use case(s) for MVP
2- Align leadership around a clear delivery plan with scope, team, KPIs, and support model.
