We started Eqxia because we kept seeing the same thing: AI strategies that never reached production, training programmes that didn't change how teams worked, consultants who left the hard part to someone else. We're a different kind of firm, and this is the story of how that came about.

Brand strategist and AI trainer with 15 years of experience in branding and communication. Based in Mauritius since 2016, Julien helps companies integrate AI into their workflows and brand strategies. Former head of digital and brand strategy at CIRCUS! Advertising, he focuses on bridging the gap between marketing and AI. Has trained over 2,500 professionals in ChatGPT and Generative AI tools.
