Prerequisites

Light preparatory work to ensure relevance and maximize interactivity.

  • High-level overview of business priorities (internal or external material)

  • Identification of 2–3 key domains or workflows of interest (e.g., production, logistics, customer service)

  • Awareness of main data systems in use (ERP, CRM, Excel, sensors, etc.)

  • A short internal poll (5–7 questions) to gauge AI acculturation and expectations across participants

2- Refine their framing with a clear business objective, problem statement, and success KPIs

3- Estimate value potential, implementation effort, and key risks to prepare decision-making.
