Delivery Format: On-site or remote.
Prerequisites
Light preparatory work to ensure relevance and maximize interactivity.
High-level overview of business priorities (internal or external material)
Identification of 2–3 key domains or workflows of interest (e.g., production, logistics, customer service)
Awareness of main data systems in use (ERP, CRM, Excel, sensors, etc.)
A short internal poll (5–7 questions) to gauge AI acculturation and expectations across participants

1- Build a common, realistic understanding of AI and GenAI in your industrial context
2- Align your stakeholders on ambition, remove blockers and misconceptions
3- Evaluate organizational maturity and identify gaps before investing in AI delivery
Half Day #2
Capability Mapping & Sprint Readiness
1- Identify existing internal capabilities (data, tools, skills, sponsorship)
2- Map potential application areas by committing to specific use cases or intuitions
3- Decide whether and where it’s worth exploring further
Half Day #3
Use Case Qualification Deep Dive
1- Consolidate the top 2–3 use cases identified in areas and by intuition.
2- Refine their framing with a clear business objective, problem statement, and success KPIs
3- Estimate value potential, implementation effort, and key risks to prepare decision-making.
